summarizemytext.app is a free web-based tool that uses the TextRank extractive summarization algorithm to condense long text into key takeaways and a shorter summary. All processing happens in your browser. We do not store or transmit the text you enter. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Summaries are short, derivative representations of your input text. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the input text and the resulting summary complies with applicable copyright law and fair-use principles. Do not submit text you do not have the right to summarize.

If you plan to republish a summary, cite the original source and make sure your use qualifies under fair use (or has the original author's permission).

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, content, and branding, is owned by TJ (Tushar Jaitly) and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of the Service.

Any text you enter and any summaries you generate remain yours. We claim no rights over your content.

8. Limitation of Liability
